Judicial Activism Watch
Per Talk Left, Gonzales priorities as AG:
- Obscenity. (You know, a burka on Lady Justice would be a nice touch.)
- Judicial approval is a "broken process that must be fixed." (Also known as "Leave no Heritage Society Shill Behind.")
- Renewing provisions of the USA Patriot Act that are set to expire at the end of the year. (You do the Crisco thing, too, huh?)
Gonzales should focus on enforcing the law, not creating it.Of course, if it were up to me, I wouldn't even give him that much leeway.
