We learn that the aptly named Waco has banned parking on streets near where Cindy Sheehan was camped out. Thing is, County Commisioner Baldrick, she done left town. She wasn't in Texas to protest Texas, the idea was to protest actions and policies of the Bush administration. This getting through?
